Teri's first experience with The Predictive Index occurred through a graduate-level internship in 1997. At that time she was an Industrial-Organizational Psychology student enrolled in the Master's program at the University of Nebraska, Omaha. She conducted a validity study that showed PI to be a valid and reliable predictor of performance on the job. Teri received her M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology in August of 1998. Since then she has raised three children and held several service-oriented positions. Prior to joining the PI Midwest Team in 2017, she spent five years at Conagra Brands where she specialized in Consumer Relations and Learning & Development. Teri's role at PI Midwest is to educate and service clients about the many valuable applications available through The Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment.
