David has represented The Predictive Index® in Omaha since 1989. He has 35 years of management experience working with large and small businesses, and has considerable experience as a volunteer serving on many non-profit organization boards. His areas of expertise include hiring and selection, employment screening tests, employee retention, team building at work, motivation, and managing change.
David is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a B.S.E.E. and an MBA in Management, and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
