Debora Scott

Debora Scott has been associated with Predictive Index® since 1991. Her background includes over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, training, recruiting and managing people with GM and 3M in both factory direct and wholesale distribution roles. Her current Predictive Index® clients include banks, insurance companies, music stores, healthcare, animal nutrition, advertising, education, manufacturing, engineering, blood centers, plumbing fixtures and office products distributors. Debora is experienced in a number of PI® techniques, including team building at work, employee selection, and employee development.

Debora represents PI Midwest in Des Moines, Iowa.
